Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If eligible, exchanges are processed after the original product is returned and inspected.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹699.

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable for orders below ₹699.

Packaging & Product Safety

Fragile items like glass bottles receive extra protective packaging

Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling

If no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner will make three delivery attempts.

After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
