Refund & Exchange Policy - At Star Veda, we strive to provide the highest quality natural herbal products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Items purchased during clearance sales.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If eligible, exchanges are processed after the original product is returned and inspected.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Provide order details and images of the product (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
